Interview with Jean-Baptiste

Amazing Landscapes:

1.    Which places or experiences stuck out most during the shoot on Reunion Island?
Flying over the Plaine des Sables was fantastic. The weather conditions were perfect. It was truly incredible, like we were on another planet. I won't be forgetting that in a hurry.

2.    What's your favourite memory from the shoot on Reunion Island?
The flight over the lagoon, low enough to see sunbathers on the beach was definitely one of the high points. I had great fun. The setting was just perfect.

3.    What was the most surprising thing you discovered about Reunion Island?
I already knew Reunion Island, because my mother came here on holiday. This year I explored the high ground, where I had never flown before. What with the cirque de Mafate, the Plaine des Sables and the lagoon seen from the sky I saw a huge variety of landscapes in a very small area.

4.    Why would you recommend Reunion Island to your friends?
This island boasts unthinkable diversity with landscapes all trying to outdo each other in the beauty stakes. I love the mindset of the island inhabitants I met: they were unfailingly kind and unflappable. A drop of paradise in the middle of the Indian Ocean. In short, it was love at first sight!
